PT-141 (Bremelanotide) is a peptide used by doctors to treat sexual disorders in men (erectile dysfunction, impotence) and sexual arousal disorders in women (lack of sexual arousal). The peptide focuses its action directly on the pituitary gland, causing a feeling of arousal, unlike drugs containing Sildenafil (such as the popular Viagra) which affect blood vessels.
